Dining
Regular Members are automatically booked in to all meetings. If they fail to apologise to the Dining Secretary  they are liable for any costs (e.g. cost of a meal) associated with their non-attendance.

Casual Members need to contact the Dining Secretary to confirm their attendance at meetings. If they fail to arrive at a meeting they have booked in for they are liable for any associated costs. If they fail to book in, the availability of a meal cannot be guaranteed.
The list below indicates the Regular members for 2008. If you believe this is incorrect or wish to change your status please inform the Dining Secretary,
